St. Alphonsus Parish School Seattle Ballard

Middle School Play

We’re excited to announce this year’s production is State Fair G2K.

St. Alphonsus Parish School has a long history of performing spectacular shows. Last year the Drama Department performed Annie, Jr. Previous productions have included The Sound of Music G2K, Fiddler on the Roof, Jr., and The Music Man, Jr.

Our Drama Department is open to all middle school students (5th through 8th grade). Auditions take place in late January, with rehearsals till the performances in early May.

Become a Patron of the Arts

We are fortunate to have such an extraordinary drama program at St. Alphonsus. A very small fee is charged to the many students who participate in our productions – offering students a fantastic experience. But it costs a lot of money to put on these productions, including a royalty fee to use the scrips, director, costumes, settings, props, tickets, programs, etc. Any contribution is truly appreciated. Thank you for being a St. Al’s Patron of the Arts!

Donations can be made at the school office or in the Sunday collection basket at church. Please make checks payable to “St. Alphonsus” and be sure to note “Patron of the Arts”. Thank you!

School parents can earn parent hours, high school students can earn service hours, and anyone can enjoy the thrill of participating in a full theatrical production! There are so many ways we can use your talents — costume production, hair and make-up, baked goods to name some.

If you would like to volunteer, please contact Tricia Bentley at
