Extended Care<\/h1>\n

During the school year, Extended Care is offered Monday through Friday from end-of-day dismissal until 6pm for preschool – 6th grade students. Extended care is not offered on noon dismissal or no-school days.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Our Extended Care program for K-6th grade is based in the school cafeteria and our preschool students will be cared for in the full-day preschool classroom at the NW end of our school building. Pick-up for both will occur at the NW doors; please ring the doorbell to alert the staff of your arrival.<\/p>\n

Billing Information<\/span><\/h3>\n

The fee for Extended Care for the 2025-26 school year is $12 per hour for the first child in a family and 10% discount for each additional child. <\/span><\/p>\n

There is a $25 registration fee for each family who use Extended Care. You must complete the registration process through the Finalsite parent portal (see directions below).<\/span><\/p>\n

Families will be charged $1.00\/minute after 6pm.<\/span><\/p>\n

Registration Information<\/h3>\n

Use the steps below to register.\u00a0You must register each student individually<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

1. Navigate to the\u00a0Parent Portal<\/a>\u00a0and log in using the email\/password you used when applying\/enrolling.<\/p>\n

2. Click on “Continue Enrollment Process” OR “View Checklist” for each student, as applicable.<\/p>\n

3. Find the “Extended Care Registration” checklist item and click on “Complete Form”.<\/p>\n
