Grandparents’ and Special Friends’ Day<\/h3>\n

St. Alphonsus Parish School is delighted to host our annual Grandparents\u2019 and Special Friends\u2019 Day on Friday, May 24, 2019. Every student may invite their grandparents or special guests (parent, friend, or relative).<\/p>\n

We ask you to complete the following Invitation Request Form<\/a> by Friday, May 17.<\/strong>\u00a0The school will be mailing\/emailing invitations to these special guests. The Invitation Request Form<\/a> may be found HERE<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Here is the schedule we will be following for the morning:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
10:00 am<\/td>\nGuests will be asked to check-in at the Welcome Table in the main vestibule of the\u00a0Church<\/strong>. Students will come over to the\u00a0Church<\/strong>\u00a0and sit with their class.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
10:15 am<\/td>\nThere will be a short program including songs performed by select classes.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
11:00 am<\/td>\nFollowing the performance, students will be dismissed with their class to return to the school. Guests may join\u00a0their student(s) in the lunchroom shortly thereafter.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
11:00-11:50 am<\/td>\nGuests may visit the classroom and then, with their student, visit the lunchroom for a family photo by Glimmer Glass Photography, the Book Fair, and light refreshments.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
11:50 am<\/td>\nAll students need to return to their classrooms. Guests are welcome to wait for their student in the school courtyard. Students will not be allowed to leave early with their guests.<\/p>\n

(Preschool students should return to their classroom at 11:30 am for their regular morning dismissal.)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

12 Noon<\/td>\nDismissal is at noon. The Book Fair will remain open until 12:30 pm.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
