We are happy to celebrate your child’s baptism here at St. Alphonsus and within the parish family. Unless an emergency, we do not have baptisms during Advent or Lent. Parents are required to be registered parishioners.
Below are the baptism registration form and godparent verification forms. Please return these, along with a copy of the child’s birth certificate and copies of the godparent confirmation certificate(s). Parents and godparent(s) are also required to take a baptism prep class. Please contact Julia for a current baptism prep class schedule and to sign up.
Upcoming dates for baptisms are below:
- June 27/28: St. Alphonsus at both the 5pm vigil and 9am Masses
- August 16: St. Benedict at the 11am Mass
- September 26/27: St. John at both 5pm vigil and 10:30am Sunday Mass
- November 14/15: St. Alphonsus at both 5pm and 9am Masses.
