
Overview
We offer hands-on learning and sports camps for rising students in grades K-8. Camps are staffed by St. Al’s teachers and community members. Check out all our offerings below. Half-day and full-day options available.
What to Bring
All campers should bring a snack, water bottle, and sack lunch (if they’re doing a full-day option). All other materials will be provided.
Lunch
If your student is participating in a morning and afternoon camp, a staff-supervised lunch will occur in the cafeteria. Students must bring their own lunch.
Cost and Refund Policy
Each camp is $200.
$50 cancellation fee if cancel before May 31.
50% refund if cancel after May 31 and at least one week before registered date.
No refunds if cancel within one week of registered date.

Morning Session: 9am-12pm
STEM Explorers (rising K-2nd)
Instructor: Claudia Duncan Price: $200 Join our exciting STEM Explorers camp for K-2nd graders, led by the wonderful Ms. Duncan! Young learners will dive into the world of science, technology, engineering, and math through hands-on activities and fun experiments. Every day is an adventure as kids explore and discover the wonders of STEM.
Basketball Camp (rising 3rd-6th)
Instructor: Greg Anderson and Bernie Anderson (’22) Price: $200 Join our exciting summer basketball camp for 3rd to 6th graders, coached by the amazing Mr. Anderson! Kids will learn the fundamentals of basketball, improve their skills, and make new friends through fun drills and games. Our experienced coaches ensures a supportive and energetic environment where every child can thrive and enjoy the sport.
Afternoon Session: 12:30-3:30pm
Crafting Extravaganza (rising K-2nd)
Instructor: Tricia Cintron Price: $200 Join our Crafting Extravaganza camp for K-2nd graders, led by the creative Mrs. Cintron! Kids will explore their artistic talents through a variety of fun and engaging craft projects. Our enthusiastic instructors ensure a vibrant and inspiring environment where every child can express their creativity and make beautiful art.
Studio Art (rising 3rd-6th)
Instructor: Erin Roussell Price: $200 Sacred Art Studio invites young artists into a creative journey where faith and fine art meet. Campers rotate between two immersive studios: a Painting Studio focused on acrylic techniques like color mixing, layering, and composition while creating saint-inspired and symbolic works, and a Sculpture Studio where they craft meaningful pieces such as crosses, wall hangings, or holy water fonts. Along the way, students explore sacred symbolism, texture, and form through hands-on classical techniques. This camp nurtures both artistic skill and a deeper appreciation for beauty as a reflection of faith.

Bangs and Booms Music (rising K-4th)
Instructor: Katie Sur Price: $200 Booms and Bangs is a high-energy music camp where K–4 students explore the exciting world of rhythm and percussion! Campers will experiment with a wide variety of instruments as they learn about beat, tempo, and how music comes together. Through games, group performances, and hands-on practice, students will build confidence, develop musical skills, and discover the joy of making music themselves.
Core Classics: A Midsummer Night’s Dream (rising 5th-6th)
Instructor: Jennie Bender Price: $200 Dig into your summer reading assignment with an immersive reading workshop with Ms. Bender and your peers! Students will read a book off the summer reading list, explore the historical time period, and participate in extension activities. This is the best way to complete your summer reading!
Core Classics: The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (rising 7th-8th)
Instructor: Shelby Henn Price: $200 Dig into your summer reading assignment with an immersive reading workshop with Mrs. Henn and your peers! Students will read a book off the summer reading list, explore the historical time period, and participate in extension activities. This is the best way to complete your summer reading!

Mini Mad Scientists (rising K-4th)
Instructor: Jennie Bender, Branson Griffin (’21), Avery Griffin (’23) Price: $200 Mini Mad Scientists is a hands-on science camp where K–4 students become real experimenters! Campers will mix, build, test, and explore through exciting experiments that spark curiosity and creativity. With guidance from two St. Al’s alumni, students will learn how to think like scientists while having tons of messy, discovery-filled fun.
The Great St. Al's Bake-Off (rising 5th-8th)
Instructor: Monica Wisen Price: $200 Join The Great St. Al’s Bake-Off camp for middle schoolers, led by the talented Mrs. Wisen! Students will master baking techniques and create delicious treats using the cafeteria kitchen. This fun and interactive camp will inspire young bakers to showcase their culinary creativity and compete in friendly baking challenges.
