The Auction & Gala is our school’s largest community-building and fundraising event. Funds raised at the auction directly benefit our students and their extraordinary teachers, support our school’s operating expenses, and provide classroom supplies, technology, and materials.

HOW TO HELP

  1. Donate or procure an auction item: Procure $200 worth of auction items ($100 for preschool only)
  2. Help underwrite or make a general financial donation: Make a $200 cash donation or underwrite a portion of the auction ($100 for preschool only)
  3. Volunteer!  We would love your help to make this event something special for our school.  Please email pcboard@stalseattle.org or auction@stalseattle.org to see how you can help. 
  4. Attend the auction! Our 2020 Auction will be held virtually and we would love for you to invite your friends from all over!

Use two devices. Plan to watch the live event on your computer, TV, or tablet and use a mobile device for bidding.

Bid on auction items.  Use your personal bidding link to place your bids! The Silent Auction will end at 8 pm PST, Saturday, December 5th.

The LIVE Items will not be available to bid on until the evening of December 5th!  Keep an eye out!

Sunday “Check-Out”

While you will know which item(s) you have won on your bidding dashboard Saturday night at 8 pm, your credit card will not be charged until Sunday when we “check-out” everyone.  You will receive your receipt for all items and donations placed over the Auction Week on Sunday by email.  Please be aware on your receipt there will be a “convenience fee” to cover the rising cost of credit card acceptance that our school has had to pay at all past auctions when cards are used.

The first item of the Auction to be bid on goes LIVE this coming Sunday!

  • Bidding on this item only begins Sunday, November 15th at 8 am

Early Bird Item:

Exclusive VIP Table Experience Brought to Your Home

Make auction night extra special with a truly VIP experience. Liz and Darren Miller, of past VIP Table fame, will come to your house, set an exquisite table for 6 (or less) with the full extravagance you have seen at past auctions, and come to expect with the VIP Table!  You and your guests will be provided a multi-course meal, complete with carefully curated wine pairings, dessert, coffee, and after-dinner drinks. You will start with a signature cocktail, appetizers, and much, much more. It will be like Christmas when you see the extra special surprises, we have in store for you!

Food preferences and allergies can be accommodated. The VIP Table can be enjoyed Auction Night or another evening that is mutually agreeable.  Access to the home will have to be granted at least 3 hours prior to the start of the VIP Experience.

Remember, for you to gain access to our virtual event, you must register and purchase admission.  One admission ticket is good for one household.  You will receive the link to our digital auction catalog prior to the event date. Procurement is underway!

Hello St. Al’s families! You might have heard that Auction Procurement has started, and we need your help. The success of our auction depends all of us!

Not sure about what to procure or donate? Gather some friends and pool your resources to create an awesome auction item! Some ideas include:

Board Games, Toys for Christmas, BBQ grilling gear, A Christmas Tree Purchased and dropped off at your door, Gift Cards to favorite restaurants, outdoor activities like a Hiking Adventure for 5 kids
