Extended Care

During the school year, Extended Care is offered Monday through Friday from end-of-day dismissal until 6pm for preschool – 6th grade students. Extended care is not offered on noon dismissal or no-school days. 

Our Extended Care program for K-6th grade is based in the school cafeteria and our preschool students will be cared for in the full-day preschool classroom at the NW end of our school building. Pick-up for both will occur at the NW doors; please ring the doorbell to alert the staff of your arrival.

Billing Information

The fee for Extended Care for the 2025-26 school year is $12 per hour for the first child in a family and 10% discount for each additional child.

There is a $25 registration fee for each family who use Extended Care. You must complete the registration process through the Finalsite parent portal (see directions below).

Families will be charged $1.00/minute after 6pm.

Registration Information

Use the steps below to register. You must register each student individually.

1. Navigate to the Parent Portal and log in using the email/password you used when applying/enrolling.

2. Click on “Continue Enrollment Process” OR “View Checklist” for each student, as applicable.

3. Find the “Extended Care Registration” checklist item and click on “Complete Form”.
