Pastoral Assistant for Faith Formation (St. Alphonsus Parish)

We are seeking an experienced, energetic person to serve as Pastoral Assistant for Faith Formation. This person should be creative self-starter with a passion for evangelization, and a clear understanding of relational ministry in forming disciples through retreats, religious education, socials, service opportunities and more.Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to, develop and implement a faith formation program (Sacramental preparation, RCIA, Bible studies, etc.); plan and coordinate large events and retreats; recruit, supervise and provide formation for volunteers.  This is a 30-40 hour per week position plus benefits with a mix of hours during the day, evenings and weekends depending on programs offered with some flexibility Interested candidates should email a cover letter and resume to Lizzy Scholz.  Salary in accord with Archdiocesan guidelines.
