The Auction is coming up in just three weeks!! If you haven’t been to the auction before, it is an incredibly special event for our community – a night where parents, parishioners, and friends can socialize, dress up (or not!), hang out with our incredible teachers and staff “in real life” and, most importantly, focus on funding the programs that make St. Al’s the place we love!
Hey, 1998 called. They want their science books back! That’s right – this year’s Fund-A-Dream campaign will raise funds specifically targeted for New Science Curriculum! For Kindergarten through 4th Grade, this means new Foss Kits to replace our old ones with broken and missing pieces. For Middle School, this means NEW TEXTBOOKS that correctly classify Pluto!
If you’re waiting until the last minute to buy Auction tickets, congratulations – WE’RE THERE! RSVP here. The last day to RSVP is October 28th. We need to get our attendance numbers to the caterers next week. We are also finalizing our auction items this week for our catalog deadline, so please use the Donate an Item tab to get your items into the system ASAP! To donate wine for the Wine Wall, please fill out the wine tag and return it with your wine bottles to the school office. If you’ve run out of time to procure an item, please go to the Donate Cash Now tab to pay your Buy-Out Fee.
We know each of us chooses to send our kids to St. Al’s for different reasons, but we’ll bet at least a few of your reasons are directly funded by the Auction. We have a lot of exciting new items up for bid this year (stay tuned for details!!), and we can’t wait to celebrate with all of you on November 16!
