How to Apply

St. Alphonsus School offers access to two types of financial aid based on need: Fulcrum tuition assistance grants and St. Alphonsus School financial aid.

Families apply through the FACTS Grant & Aid portal, an independent, third-party company that conducts financial analysis to determine financial need. Every family pays a $35 application fee.

Aid is only available for students in K-8. Families must re-apply each year.

If you think your family will need financial aid for the next academic year, we encourage you to submit your financial aid application early in the admissions process.

Financial Aid Programs Overview

Fulcrum Tuition Assistance Program Grants (TAP Grants)

The Fulcrum TAP grants are designed for families and students currently enrolled or applying for the next school year in any Catholic school, grades K-12, in the Archdiocese of Seattle. A family must apply each year through FACTS Grant and Aid portal to qualify for a grant. All awards are made based on financial need.

If your student qualifies for an award, Fulcrum will notify you and then disburse the grant funds directly to St. Alphonsus School. The school will then reduce the student’s tuition obligation by the amount of the award.

For the 2026-2027 school year, grants are $1,350 for students in grades K-8.

St. Alphonsus School Financial Aid

Upon submitting the Fulcrum TAP Grant application through the FACTS Grant & Aid portal, families may be considered to receive additional financial aid through St. Alphonsus School.
