Spring Open House

Hi St. Al’s Families,

We are hosting our Spring Open House next Wednesday, April 3, from 6-7:30 and I could use your help!  Please spread the word and invite friends!  I have several different marketing materials available if you have a community board at your work, a favorite ballet, karate, etc…anywhere where parents will be.

I could also use a few volunteers for the event as well as a few snacks.  Please look at the sign up genius and let me know how you can help.

Thanks for all your support!

Admissions News

Re: Registration 2019/2020 – Limited Space Available

Dear Families:

Thank you for helping to make the process of registration for school year 2019-2020 go smoothly, in spite of “Snow-pocalypse” and the rescheduling of events, including our State of the School.

We are completed with our registration process and have sent acceptance letters to new incoming students. We do have limited availability in full-day Preschool, Kindergarten, Primary and Middle School grades.  If you have friends who are looking for a great school, please have them contact me at admissions@stalseattle.org.

Thank you,

Jenny Horstmann

Re-enrollment Deadline Extended to February 28

Due to the recent inclement weather and changes to our routine schedule, we have decided to extend re-enrollment until Thursday, February 28, 2019.  I hope this will help give everyone the extra time needed to fill out forms and submit information online.

If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank you.

Winter Open House Volunteers Needed

Our biggest Open House event is coming up on Sunday, January 27th from 11:30-1:30pm!

I need at least 15 parent volunteers to help with tours, sign-in, greeting, etc.

I have also listed the items we need to cater the event. If you can send supplies, I would greatly appreciate it. Every $20 you spend counts for 1 volunteer hour.

Please sign up for what works with your schedule. Thank you in advance for your help!
