Extended Care (school year)

Extended Care is offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3:05 – 6:00 PM for preschool and 3:15 – 6:00 PM for K-6. Wednesdays 2:15 – 6:00 PM. Extended care is not offered on noon dismissal or no-school days.  

Billing Information

The fee for Extended Care is $10 per hour for the first child in a family and 10% discount for each additional child. Families who plan on using Extended Care on a regular basis need to pay a $25 registration fee and complete a registration form. Families will be charged $1.00/minute after 6pm.

Summer Care

Summer Care is available for students ages 2.5-5. Maximum of 18 students. Priority given to registered St. Alphonsus students.

Hours

Full Day: 8:30am-3:30pm
Half Day: 8:30am-12:00pm

Options & Pricing

Option A: 5 Full Days – $350
Option B: 2-4 Full Days – $300
Option C: Half Days only, any day – $150

Refund Policy

  • $50 cancellation fee if cancel before May 31.
  • 50% refund if cancel after May 31 and at least one week before registered date.
  • No refunds if cancel within one week of registered date.
