The 6th grade will be attending Waskowitz Outdoor Education camp from May 4 to May 8th. This is an incredible opportunity to connect with nature and experience personal growth. Students will explore the forest, Snoqualmie River, and overnight community living. During their stay, the program will engage students in science and environmental education.
Creative Writing Club
Calling all 4-6th Graders who love to read and write! This after school club will give students the opportunity to let their imaginations wild on the page. The club will read, write, and workshop (talk about their writing in a constructive and supportive setting), culminating with a finished piece of writing.
The Club will meet Wednesdays starting April 17 – May 29 from 2:15 – 4 pm. Cost is $10/student, which covers snacks and materials (15 spots available.)

See’s Candy Sale
The 6th graders have the exciting opportunity to attend Camp Waskowitz Enviromental Camp! This week long camp is held in the spring. It is a chance for the kids to learn about environmental science in an outdoor setting.
In order to help defray the cost of environmental camp, the 6th graders will be selling See’s candy. Please support their endeavor by making a purchase. Candy also makes great Christmas gifts! Gift certificates are also available and make a great addition to a Christmas card.
Sixth graders will be selling See’s candy from Friday, October 26th to November 30th. Orders are prepaid, so have that checkbook handy! Candy will be available for delivery to customers before the kids go on Christmas break.
